Michelle Arrowood
Owner of Trappers / Office Manager at DahlquistGrowing up in the family business I knew I wanted to be here to continue on my grandparents and parents' legacy. I always was intrigued with the fireplace side and when I got the opportunity to expand the hearth side of our business, I jumped at it.
Trappers Fireplace Gallery is the result of many hours of sweat and tears getting to this point.
With over 20 years in the industry, I still enjoy learning the ins and outs of new products, meeting clients, and seeing projects from the planning stage to the final design and start-up.

John Siefert
Hearth Sales Expert - TrappersI have worked in the masonry field for most of the last 30 years, focusing mainly on stone masonry and fireplaces. Throughout my career, I have had the privilege of working alongside many of our area general contractors and tradesmen. As a community, we are very lucky to have access to such dedicated artisans! Having known and worked with the Dahlquist family for many years it was a no-brainer to join the team when the opportunity was presented to me. It was a picture-perfect natural fit for me having spent much of my life on the masonry end of things.
In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with my wife, children, and our two family dogs. We enjoy hiking, camping, and just generally enjoying the northern Wisconsin outdoor lifestyle.

Dozer, Java & Snickers
Customer Service & SecurityDozer joined our family in 2024. "My favorite part of my day is basking in the sun out back. I am still a puppy so I am not as well behaved as the older dogs but I try hard. I can sit, stay, and lie down. I love treats and to be cuddled."
Snickers joined our family in 2016. "My favorite part of my day is lying in front of the fireplaces staying warm and cozy. I also love protecting the customers and employees from the mean squirrels that try to attack them. You can find me Monday–Friday protecting the showroom."
Java joined our family in 2021. "My favorite part of the day is seeing customers and socializing. You will find me helping Snickers protect the area and if the coast is all clear, you can find me keeping the chairs warm for customers. I also love going to the Eagle River Showroom with my mom and seeing all the new customers up there."
